General Terms and Conditions of sale and use
Article 1. Introduction/Preamble
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the conditions in which Miss Wiggy offers the sales of products and services, including human hair lace wigs, hair extensions and hair products through the her website Misswiggy.com. Any order placed by a customer on the website automatically leads to the creation of a contract between the customer and Miss Wiggy and automatically implies, without restriction, irrevocable acceptance of the GTC (Good Til cancelled order) below.
A customer (within the meaning of the GTC) refers exclusively to an adult who has made and paid for his/her order. Miss Wiggy reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Miss Wiggy strongly invites its customers to regularly consult the Terms and Conditions.
Article 2. Product Information and Availability
Products sold by Miss Wiggy are accessible to all types of customers (general public, apprentices, professional aesthetics and hairdressers).
Article 3. Delivery time:
3 a. From the time the payment of the order is made on the website, orders are usually processed within 72 business hours and products shipped between 3 and 7 working days depending on our stocks and availability. Next day shipping /Express shipping will depend on availability of the product. Kindly contact us for more information. The delivery time by Australia post is not our responsibility. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and keep you informed of the progress of the order.
A delay of 7 to 30 working days is observed for the orders required to measure.
3 b. Orders are dispatched within the time specified in Article 3 a. The products are sent by the courier company to the address indicated in the customer account. A tracking number is provided, it is up to the customer to track the delivery of his/her parcel.
PS: The address cannot be change after purchase if using PayPal.
Article 4. Pricing
The prices of the units sold on the website indicate inclusive VAT (all taxes included) a. The prices do not take into account the shipping costs, unless otherwise; which is indicated to the customer at checkout based on a minimum purchase amount, that Miss Wiggy defines and reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice. Billing is done according to the rates in force at the time of the validation of the order by the customer. Any customs duties or local taxes upon receipt are entirely the Client’s responsibility.
Article 5. Order placement and payment validation
Orders are exclusively received and recorded on our website and strictly validated by their full payment.
Each customer declares to have read the Terms and conditions and to have accepted them, before formalizing his order.
Payment of purchases is made via Paypal or by credit card, which will be charged the total amount of the order immediately after validation on the website. Only Visa, Mastercard, American Express are accepted. In cases of partial payments/Paying in instalments (After pay), your card will be debited with the amount per time you choose for it to be taken from your card. Contact us about this.
Online payments are secured with the SSL security system. In case of dispute or refusal of payment by your official accredited banking organizations, Miss Wiggy reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery of the order, as well as to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute, relating to the payment or return of an order. The transfer of ownership of products sold on the website of Miss Wiggy is made at the time of full payment of the order. As long as the items have not been paid in full by the customer, they remain the property of Miss Wiggy.
Article 6. Conditions of Returns and Refunds
Any claim for reimbursement based on a defective product must be sent within 7 clear days following the date of receipt. It should include a precise description and complete fault affecting the product. And should not be used or taken from their original form (including cutting off excess lace). Miss Wiggy reserves the right to reconsider its decision to accept a return.
Kindly note that the costs of return are at the expense of the buyer. In case of any Discrepancies noted between the returned items and the initial order, Miss Wiggy will not make any refunds.
Article 7. Liability
Miss Wiggy will in no way be held responsible for damages of any kind that may result from misuse of products whatsoever.
It is not recommended to discolor hair of any type. Virgin weaves and extensions can only be colored by professional hairdressers who know this type of product. We formally discourage the re-coloring of wigs, if you want to do it anyway, contact a hairdresser who certifies that he/she knows how to proceed and if need be, please ask us for advice beforehand. We can not be held responsible in case of failure and damage and there will be no refund of this fact. We will be at your disposal for information you may require regarding the use of our products.
